Youth Netball

Hauraki Plains Netball Centre encourage and promote the FutureFern philisophy with focus on the players involvement,  enjoyment, developing at own pace and encourages parents and sideline supportors to be fully encouraging and supportive of all players.

Our years 0-6 do not play for points, at the end of the season all players have a chance to vote for the Sportsmanship Trophies.
Our years 7-8 start their competitive journey, with a Championship Trophy, however the main focus remains on Sportsmanship.

Development League

The Development League has only been around for a couple of seasons and is an area we continue to grow and develop.

This is designed to push our Year 7/8 teams to being exposed to College and Adult netball, it also provides an area for developing college players to continue their netball pathway in a safe and nurturing environment.
